WHAT IS SHELL BUILDING?
Shell building, as the term implies, involves constructing the exterior structure of a house, which includes the floor (slab), walls, and roof. This process typically accounts for 40-50% of the total construction time and costs for a project.

To give you an understanding of the time benefits of our Ecowall Builders building process, a 4 x 2 single storey home will take approximately 1 week to construct the walls.
Note that if you choose to have the electrical, plumbing, windows and doors pre installed into the panels then the time savings and cost savings are quite significant as opposed to brick, steel frame and wooden frame building methods.

STAGES OF SHELL BUILDING
The Eco Shell building system can be supplied as a complete service from Slab to lock up via four stages or we can supply and install the walls only.
STAGE 1
Slab / Suspended Floor
The first stage of the Ecowall Builders building system is the site preparation and laying of the concrete slab or installing the suspended floor. Ecowall Builders have alliance partners who specialise in the flooring and slab installation works.
STAGE 2
Wall Building (Internal & External)
Using the Ecowall panels we will install all external walls and internal walls.
NOTE: we can also supply and install external and internal finishes should you require this service.

STAGE 3
Window & Door Installation
Following or during the installation of the External and internal walls this is where the windows and doors are to be installed. Ecowall Builders can supply and install the windows and doors as part of our service.
STAGE 4
Roofing Trusses and Roof Cover
The final stage of the Ecowall Builders building is roofing.
Ecowall Builders have alliance partners who specialise in the supply and installation works for the roofing solutions for your project.
